Start from mid of April, we are actively looking for our own home sweet home (no more rent)...it is started since our application to buy the house we living now was rejected due to our household income exceed the quota limits for strata house....huhuhuhu....sadis....actually this house is a very good investment for future. Great location and community. Easy access to KL and highways. established amenities...maybe it not our 'rezki'...and I thought this is not the 'Rumahku, Syurgaku' that Allah want to gives us.....Allah want to gives us better house....
After search a few locations and googled a few houses from mudah.my, iproperties.com, propwall.com, propertyguru and etc....finally we have found this house....located at TTDI jaya, Shah Alam...also great location and communities...especially most of the residents are malay...easy access to our working place (although will have to face traffic jammed at nkve or faderal highway every day...huhuhu)....and most important thing...we already fall in love with this house since the first time we look at it....maybe this is the place Allah set for us..for our Home sweet home....
What we afraid of right now is the monthly commitment that we have to faced every month. Could we cope with all those expenses???? ermmmmm...really hope that Allah will help us...."Doa kami....semoga segala urusan kami untuk memiliki rumah ini dipermudahkan....semoga Allah memudahkan segala urusan seharian kami dan menghindari kami dari bebanan hutang sehingga kami tak mampu untuk menghadapinya....dan semoga rumah ini menjadi syurga buat kami sekeluarga untuk kami suami isteri mendidik dan membesarkan anak2 dalam suasana yang diredai dan diberkati Allah sentiasa...Ammen ya rabbal alamin".
