Ni kira cerita basi lah nih....tapi tak nak cerita lelebih...just nak post gambar jer...sebagai kenang-kenangan.

Raya tahun 2012 adalah raya yg paling best...sebab sema family member ader....termasuk yang dah kawin n yang belum kawin...
Tahun nih meriah sgt2...mcm2 juadah ader..tapi sorry sbb tak sempat pun amik gambar juadah2 sema...

Home Sweet Home...cont...

Last 2 weeks we have our signing ceremony for SnP and Bank Loan for our future home sweet home...
and we also have paid 10% deposit to the vendor....quite alot of money tau..RM41,000 (2% upon booking & 8% upon signing SnP)....huhuhu banyak tu.......(*menggigil tgn nak serah cek tau)

So now we let our lawyer to proceed with all official documentation...while we are keep chasing them "mcm along kejar utang" hehehe.....really hope that we can move in to our new house end of this year....
